By doing the work you do with me in session, completing any homework I might give you, and practicing with the reinforcement audio recording at home, you can resolve your negative mental blocks and past conditioning and replace them with constructive behavior leading to the completion of your goals.<\/p>\n
Just how long this will take and how permanently the results will last depend upon the nature and history of the issues with which you struggle, the problems you face, how long they have persisted, and most importantly, your readiness to change and your commitment to doing so.<\/p>\n
